Swamy Atmachaithanya was honoured with Socio-Medical Leadership Award at MEDICON 2020 along with Padmashri Dr. Vijay Kumar Shah and Dr Debdutta Das by Greater Kolkatta Doctors’ Association on 1st March 2020 at Kolkatta.

MEDICON 2020 is the 25th Health Education and Research Summit organised by GKDA in association with Dr.K. R Adhikary Group of Institutions.
Swamiji was also conferred with the GKDA Lifemembership Certificate by them.

Swamiji gave his acceptance speech and spoke about the importance of holistic health & well being. He said that in today’s world of conflicts it’s very important to have such sessions on health and wellness. This gives a message  to the world that it’s high time that we consider some changes in our priorities so that everyone lives a life of peace, harmony and prosperity. Health doesn’t mean only physical well being. It’s rather a harmony achieved between the body, mind and the spirit. The ultimate goal of living should be peace and contentment.
